Does anybody know if Flybe will ever introduced a tier scheme for their frequent flyer programme?

They have a frequent flyer scheme?Does anybody know if Flybe will ever introduced a tier scheme for their frequent flyer programme?
Think 'avoid' should read AVIOS? Looks like the joys of autocorrect have struck again!
Put it another way I wont be using Southend as a point of entry to London ever again after last weekends experience. How do they get away calling it an Airport serving London when its 36 miles away in middle of now where?
Took me 2 hours to get from Southend airport to Stratford using public transport. (They advertise it as taking under 55 mins with up to 8 trains an hour)
Well due to weekend engineering weekend works on that line, "which I was only informed about on arrival at Southend Airport rail station" the was only 2 trains running (So offering a 30 min service) and that I would have to get off at Billericay. Then had to get onto the rail replacement bus service all the way down to Newbury Park station. From here I was then directed onto the Central Line TFL Underground service to Stratford.
My sister is using Flybe today from Manchester and wasn't impressed with them this morning or this evening!
It turns out that Flybe's check in machines aren't working so they have 2 desks and that's it. Also her ticket didn't tell her she was flying with Air France so she ended up in the wrong check in queue! Eventually she got on her way and enjoyed flying with Air France and now she's waiting at Paris for her Flybe E175 to bring her back to Manchester and that's delayed by 35 minutes but the aircraft has arrived now so it shouldn't be too long till she gets on her way!

I don't know if it was related but the next day Flybe put out a warning asking people to check in online rather than at the airport at most of their bases. I think because my sister booked with Flybe i think she expected it to be with them and was unaware that it could be with another airline.Sounds to me like a FlyBe issue, though in general any part of the chain can spoil the entire experience, and the self-check-in machines are MAG provided, but will link to FlyBe software. Can't figure out why it wasn't clear on her confirmation that she was on an AF flight going out? The real problem, is that the FlyBe and AF desks are so far apart.

Yeah most of my sisters flights seem to be direct with the airlines and i didn't think to mention before that she could be flying on Air France metal.I think passengers who are not familiar with code sharing and the like , it can all seem a bit strange....am I on right plane etc.
