Wideroe's schedule is available to book until Dec 19, which must be a positive sign that the airline is happy with their Bergen route.
 
According to airport twitter feed, Wideroe are offering connections to Olso, Tromso, and Munich via Bergen from the summer.
 
Wideroe had two arrivals today WF380 from Bergen at 0930, and WF7417 from Stavanger at 11.15
 
SVG seems to appear quite often with Wideroe, I would imagine if they added another route, this must be a prime candidate .
 
Is SVG a charter for someone?
 
It's a charter yes but I don't know how they market it over in Norway.
I wonder if it's through a Liverpool FC supporters group?

Premier League football is immensely popular in Scandinavia with Liverpool one of the most popular clubs there. There is a Norwegian branch of the Liverpool Supporters' Club and Norwegians come over regularly to watch their favourite English team.

Wideroe's service is bookable until early Jan 2020. The schedule is different LPL-BGO 1300/1550 and BGO-LPL 1130/1230.
 
Wideroe are using the E190 today, it was due to come back from 6 May. Has been operating with the Dash 8 Q400 for a spell.
 
Stavanger departure at 14.15 today, whilst Bergen is at 13.00
