If it’s the case I’m very happy it’s getting replaced as part of project #REGEN2, seen as Stand 8 is the only wide-bodied marked stand we have at LBA. Especially seen as the markings for wide-bodied aircraft parking across stand 14/15 got removed.

...then it reduces the strain on the main terminal providing a more relaxed customer experience. A reminder of what is to come from the LBA #REGEN I have to admit, I'd like to see a lot more of the new arrivals facilities considering what we currently have at the moment.

The full #REGEN might not be completed until 2026 but we will likely see a capacity increase by summer 2025.. The new arrivals facility and large spacious departure area needs to open prior to the closure of the current arrivals hall.
