Flybe have added Guernsey. A daily flight that starts 31st March.

Looks like the new flight is subsidised by the Guernsey government.

Flybe are to start another new route from London Heathrow to the Isle of Man. Flights will operate 1x daily commencing April 21st using Dash 8-Q400 aircraft

Just where are they getting these slots? Flybe are starting to build up a nice domestic network from Heathrow.

I believe it's from the dropped 3rd daily Jet Airways BOM-LHR flight which are VS slots.

Competing with BA and EW on that route. No wonder IAG are annoyed.

BE gets preferential treatment and effectively a state bailout which would have been potentially justifiable if operating routes which are otherwise not served and needed in the public interest, but instead they launch on an already well served route and compete with airlines who do not receive the same state bailout. What a shambles.
