Here’s one for a music quiz, Prince did the opening guitar riff to this;I don't think that Prince ever really got the credit that he deserved for how good a guitarist he was. Sadly, we lost him at far too young an age. I believe that there was so much more good music to come from him, that sadly we will now never experience.

What I like about this thread is that there is no right or wrong. We are all individuals and we all have our own tastes and I do hope that people can feel comfortable posting whatever it is they are listening to at that particular moment. Personally I love the variety![]()

Motörhead covering Bowie - Heroes
I once read a funny story, regarding this song. When working in Birmingham, we would often go to 'The Pie Factory' in Tipton (where you could get a 'Desperate Dan Cow Pie' - including pastry horns). They also produced their own newspaper, 'The Lark'. In this was a story of a US soldier in the showers at his base in Iraq, singing 'Jumping Jack Flash, It's a Gas Gas Gas!'. The other soldiers Heard 'Gas, Gas, Gas' and donned their gas masks. One failed to remove the protective cover, with the expected results. I'm sure it was all made up and no harm was done./\/\/\/\ She sure can carry a tune
