Just a bit of a general round up of the largest operators flights today in no particular order.

Easyjet are up to twenty-two departures today - best ever as the new base begins to have its increasing effect, Ryanair have twenty-eight departures, Jet2 have twenty and Tui with just eight (only one 787) plus a MAX positioning in from Luton.

As the buld towards summer continues Jet2 and Tui will eventually have around thirty based units between them, Ryanair seven I believe and EasyJet three.

That's a lot of aircraft parked up for the early mornining departure rush especially when you add in the AF.LH and KLM nightstoppers, that should give the new security arrangements a good workout not to mention the lifts?

The TUI from Colombo is part of the Marella cruise programme that has been running to Singapore this winter.Todays is the third and last one in the cruise schedule involving Colombo. Yesterday flight for example the passengers would embark the ship in Colombo and disembark two weeks later in Singapore and fly back to BHX.

There have also been the odd flights to or from Aqaba and Muscat in the programme.

According to the Emirates cargo Website there are two cargo flights from bhx .
One on Friday to Frankfurt at 4.15pm B77XF EK9901
One on Saturday to Brussels 1.50pm B77XF EK9940
Thursday 18th April to Frankfurt 5.20pm B77XF EK9923

I’ll Find out where they are arriving from

All I know at the moment is that this Saturdays departure to Brussels.Its arrival is from Dubai world centre (DWC) -Bhx to Brussels EK9940

Like I said start of the week emirates skycargo is due in from Dubai DWC as EK9940 at 11.20 and departs to Brussels at 1.50pm
