The weekend stopping FedEx ATR72 EI-FAE has been parked in the STS compound over the weekend. Not sure if it counts as a hangar movement or just been parked there to free up a stand?

Brussels Airlines A333 OO-SFF arrived on Friday 10th May at 19:50 for STS and OO-SFC departed back to Brussels on Saturday 11th at 18:01.

Brussels A330 OO-SFF BEL9904 departed 13th June around 19.00 would appear hangar is empty barring the 'Thai'

With thanks to SPD_travels.

STS receive their first B777 for conversion from passenger to freight. The aircraft, N703DN is due to arrive at 06:30 on Saturday 22nd June.

As an aside, will this mean a reduction in other business for them?

Yes is the answer Scottie if what's happened at the STS facility at BHX is anything to go by with the three RAF Wedgetail aircraft under conversion having been in the hangers for the past 18months at least and while I presume this is pretty profitable work it reduced considerably other work and subsequent variety.

Currently there is a DHL738 and a Air Tanker Voyager in for maintenance alongside the wedgetails down here but MAN may not see so much of a loss of variety as I think its a bigger facility.

G-EZTT A320 noted leaving the hangar on Sat 13/7. Presumably requiring attention after returning approximately 1 hour after departure on Wed 10/7 operating U22011 MAN-TFS

G-TUID B788 left hangar 29/8 after recieving some attention due to ground incident with airbridge on 27/8.

F-HMRH A332F arrived 28/8 from Dublin after being painted in DHL livery there, ex CMA/CGM Cargo.

OY-KBR A319 still in basic Star Alliance/SAS livery towed from hangar area 13.00 4/9 to park on stand 67L

DHL B77L (G-DHMA) arrived, from East Midlands, at 15:47 on Sunday 29th September for attention at STS.

G-DHMA ferried MAN-PVG 11/10/24 all yellow with Central Airlines titles and tail logo (ex DHL) '226Y' on nose wheel door
N792MF (ex A7-BBE) basic Qatar livery arrived 31/10/24 from Fort Worth Alliance.
OY-KAP A320 SAS pushed out of hangar onto stand 4/11/24

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!
If anyone would like to share their local airport news right here in our news area let me know so I can give you the correct permissions to do so. It only takes a couple of minutes to upload a news story with an accompanying image. The news items can then be shared on the site homepage by you. #TakePart #Forums4airports Bring the news to one place!
survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
