As for advertising the majority if not all of it will be down to the airline not the airport. The airport will promote routes through their website and in the media but the airlines pay for advertising locations around the airport and its up to them to advertising. It maybe that the locations used by Jet2 have been purchased for a set duration to secure prime spots around the terminal.I have previously commented on the non existent Easy jet advertising in respect of advertising hoardings at LBA which I find quite baffling for a relatively new operator the airport is seemingly keen to keep. Plenty of Jet 2 and TUI visibility.
