Just had a quick look at April 2020, the Wednesday rotations are listed as operated by Lauda, the Sunday rotations are listed as operated by Ryanair, having said that timings on both days suggest flights are operated by VIE based aircraft.
Looking at the latest NATS - ATIS Aircraft Docking Chart there are now 45 possible stands, so take the 2 new ones off that still leave 43, more than plenty to cope with the current based aircraft.

According to FR24 it arrived in CUN 53mins late, then departed just 8mins late. So it’s looks like all the stops were pulled out on the turnaround to reduce the delay returning. FR24 then shows a 7min early arrival into BRS.

EZY444 BFS to BRS on Friday 15th November is scheduled to be a A321neo according to seat selection in booking engine. First FAO on the 15th November and back is a one off, can’t see it anywhere else.
