Overhead Images of LBA

Google have added some newer images of LBA. Still not quite up to date but I think the latest pictures are about a year and a half old.

This shows the resurfaced Taxiway Delta and the new aircraft parking stands under construction.

This shows the new Airport West development, again under construction.

This image includes the new Multiflight hangers and taxiway Lima.

This image shows the temporary structures housing check-in hall B and the baggage reclaim carousel number 4.

This is the finished apron & new long stay car park.

Re: Leeds Bradford - General Thread

Don't know if anyone has noticed but Google Earth has updated the whole of the Leeds area and LBA! It is not yet viewable through Google Maps.

You can now see the new apron layout with; 2 B738's from Ryanair, a BMI Embraer, around 4 Jet2 B33's, the Thomas Cook A320 and all four of Jet2's B752's including G-LSAN and G-LSAL with G-LSAB and presumably G-LSAH. AB/AL/AN are all parked on the apron with stands 19-24 so the image must be fairly recent!

In fact the date says 28/09/2012..!!

I don't think Long Stay 2 was showing on the older images.
