PTT Cherokee "Mike India" has left the runway and gone onto the grass just South of. Taxiway Lima.
Good news is the airfield is now reopen for operations. The fire Chef had closed us for around a 15 minute period whilst the aircraft was made sucure and after a runway inspection was undertaken to make sure the the was no debris.

Also worth noting that Jet2 Boeing 737-300, G-GDFK diverted into Leeds whilest enroute Edinburgh to Gerona operating flight EXS729 due to transponder U/S and ILS issues.
Passengers were transferred onto the spare back up Boeing 737-800, G-DRTA which departed Leeds for Gerona as EXS729A.

Jet2 Boeing 737-300, G-GDFK diverted into Leeds this morning whilst enroute Edinburgh to Gerona operating flight EXS729 due to transponder U/S and ILS issues.
The passengers were transferred onto the spare back up Boeing 737-800, G-DRTA which departed Leeds for Gerona as EXS729A.
