King Air 200 G-RAFL(Endurance 302) being vectored onto ILS, runway 32(1840)
This aircraft is ex ZK452 which was a regular crew training here when based at Cranwell

We have a Titan Airways flight due into Leeds from London Stansted tomorrow evening Friday August 23rd at 16:45 as "ZT3707", It then departs back out to London Southend at 00:00 (Midnight) as "ZT3708", Aircraft type unknown.

Someone who lives near LBA will no doubt be able to answer this one, been at Headingley today for the Ashes and actually by mid afternoon had had more incoming aircraft than overs in the cricket, looking towards LBA from the ground there was something - possibly a drone or similar - literally hanging around all day long, just to the south of the inbound flight path. Anyone any ideas??

Yeap it was being used by Sky Sports for there overhead TV pictures.
I guess they will have permission from both the ICC the CAA and also be in contact with ATC up at LBA, so as not to interfere with inbound traffic.

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
