We have had several Wizz Air diversions in the past !
We have had a good few, the last being in January. They already know about the runway and terminal but we are still their diversionary airport from DSA.
Let's not forget they do a lot of flights from LTN, owned by AMP Capital. LBA have made no secret of their desire to get Wizz into LBA but it's unlikely without the terminal.

Malta Air Boeing 737-800 9H-QAJ will shortly be arriving as RYR85XL from Pisa on its first visit. The airframe previously appeared at LBA as EI-GDX when operated by Ryanair and made its original first visit on 29 March 2018.

Just like buses, they arrive in pairs! Malta Air Boeing 737-800 9H-QDL is enroute from Luqa as RYR39AK to make its first visit later this afternoon. The airframe previously appeared at LBA as EI-FTK when operated by Ryanair and made its original first visit on 28 September 2017.

ps Buses used to arrive in pairs but they are now comparatively rare in Barnsley.

We have just had two Ryanair Sun Boeing 737-800 first visitors which are now on their way back home to Poland. SP-RKU operated RYR4108/7JQ on the Wroclaw route and SP-RKR operated RYR9QU/55LH on the Warsaw Modlin service. Both airframes have previously first visited when operated by Ryanair as EI-GDK on 01 July 2018 and EI-FIR on 10 July 2015 respectively.

LUFC have certainly kicked back into life. Promoted on Friday...Champions on Saturday...sweet revenge over Derby today. More importantly though, it means that we can expect the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Spurs, West Ham, Brighton and Southampton to fly in next season (hopefully some fans too).

Malta Air Boeing 737-800 9H-QBF is enroute from Luqa as RYR39AK to make its first visit this morning. The airframe has already appeared at LBA when operated by Ryanair as EI-GDF and made its first visit on 18 March 2018.

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
