I don’t know the answer to that but suppose depends on the size of the jets involved. Probably not many BBJs but lots of Citations. If anyone does know I too would be intrigued by the answer

Ryanair Boeing 737 Max 8-200 EI-HGY is programmed to make her first LBA visit operating the tea time Dublin rotation. This will be the thirty third different Max to touch down on our concrete. Subject to change!

BH
The sentence 'Subject to change' cursed the potential first LBA visit. Due to a late running Golf Yankee from her previous sectors, it will now be Golf Papa instead which has visited LBA previously.

Leeds United are at Southampton tomorrow and usually fly down there, the day before the match, so there could be a charter flight out of Multiflight later today with the return tomorrow evening.

Looks like GAMA Aviation Bombardier CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604, G-FABO could be connected to the Leeds game, but surely can't be the team bus with just 10x passenger seat?

"GMA497" ETA 13:55 from Farnborough
"GMA497" ETD 15:30 to Southampton

No. Maybe connected but the team bus needs at least 50 seats as there's all the squad, plus management, plus medical guys, plus kit man etc.
Perhaps the club's senior management /owners are flying down seperately and in style?

Nothing on either the LBA or SOU (or BOU) boards so looks like they are bussing it down. Good job their fancy bus is air conditioned.

They did say that they would try to reduce their carbon footprint by not flying domestically, although they always have until now to Southampton, Brighton and Bournemouth. Maybe feeling guilty after flying to Australia and back although to be fair, those were scheduled flights so would have gone with them or without them.

Challenger G-FABO, Phenom G-JMBO and Hawker 800B EJ-GABJ all going to Southampton, all just received clearances in last 5 minutes

Maybe no suitable charter aircraft available? Jota gone bust, Eastern and Loganair busy doing other things (have Eastern even landed here since leaving following their 'dispute' with LBA?). Even Leeds Rhinos have been using Spanish aircraft when travelling to Catalans.

I think they have once doing a charter with the E190 but no others times I remember Heather.

It’s like they’re allergic to LBA now.

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!
If anyone would like to share their local airport news right here in our news area let me know so I can give you the correct permissions to do so. It only takes a couple of minutes to upload a news story with an accompanying image. The news items can then be shared on the site homepage by you. #TakePart #Forums4airports Bring the news to one place!
survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
