Due Monday 12:00 Rome Fiumicino 7M1815

Aviador don't be surprised to see that flight dissappear. As I think the airports website live flight information is wrong once again.

Ps I understand the Lourdes charter flights is due back into Leeds sometime Thursday afternoon.

That was an interesting one yesterday. G-GAVA Jetstream 32 of Linksair came over yesterday afternoon which was apparently doing training flights. Seems strange seeing as they do not operate here. Could this be the winter rumour perhaps...Isle of Man coming back??? OK, back to bed now!!

I have no idea about any route rumours but the aircraft departed Doncaster, did an ILS at Leeds before flying direct back to doncaster. I wouldn't look to much into it but I'm happy to be wrong about it:)

Just seen a military jet buzzing over leeds from lba's direction bit too high and travelling too fast to tell what it was!

This mornings Balkan Holidays flight was operated by A320 LZ-BHF and I am pretty sure he carried out a Cat 3 approach and autoland. RVR values were around 500m at the time.

Been really quite on here since the forum layout changes were made last week. But here's a heads up for you all

Mistral Airways are due to operate the 2nd of there Boeing 737-300 Summer Italian Student charters from Rome Fiumicino to Leeds/Bradford tomorrow, Wednesday, July 23rd 2014.

MSA1831 ETA 12:00 / MSA1832 ETD 12:50

Thanks for the info Lbaspotter. They've become somewhat of an annual event but it's nice to see them instead of the usual regulars.

As for the forum changes, it's only the index page that has changed. All the forums are exactly the same.

Noticed the Jet Time OY-JTF from Rome abandoned its landing on runway 32 at 12.25pm, was that due to a light aircraft landing on runways 14 at the same time?

Thanks for that b737, thought the light aircraft had something to do with it. i was watching on FR and switched to the webcam at 1250 feet, to see the light aircraft passing down runway14, which was a bit of a shock.
Switched back to FR to see Jet Time climbing away.

Enhance-Aero-Group Embrear 145, F-HAFS has just landed runway 32 inbound from Perpignan. Must likely brining in the Catalan Dragon's again seen as they are due to play the Huddersfield Giants tomorrow.

I'm sure there must be enough demand for a regular weekly service between Leeds/Bradford and Perpignan!

G-LSAJ operated this mornings LS257 service down to Palma and tail swapped in PMI with G-LSAE which was Newcastle based.

I suppose it was brining in the Catalan Dragon's again.

Don't think so as the Dragons were at home to Warrington this evening.

My undersanding was the Embraer came from Valencia.

Now that makes a change for Enhance-Aero-Group . Thankgod I only said I "supposed" it had come from Perpignan, not confirmed it had.

BMI Regional Embraer 145 due to position in from Aberdeen 2115 this evening to operate return trip to Valencia at 2200.

Apparently the flights were for Villareal football team who played a friendly at Middlesborough today. What's wrong with going to Teesside???

Oh, and just to keep the record straight it was F-HFKC, not F-HAFS last night.

Oh well never mind, I suppose there must have been a last minute tail swap as F-HAFS was originally down as the planned aircraft to operate.

Got to admit it's more interesting when we get more people posting movements instead of the usual few. Makes the forum more useful for us spotters.

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
