Below is all the B747 moments today in and out of UK airports:

EMA - 4 (2x Kalitta Air & 2x AirBridgeCargo)
DSA - 6 (4x AirBridgeCargo & 2x Air Atlanta Icelandic (op for Astral Aviation))

6 became 7 as AirBridgeCargo Boeing 747-800F VP-BJS arrived late last night with it departing in the early hours of this morning.

Sad to see such a low number before the pandemic it would have been a very different picture with BA and Virgin operating the type.

Today’s SXY 335 arrival was TF-AMN, Magma 747-400, arriving 15.20.
Also today, positioning in from storage at Kemble, Air Atlanta 747-400, TF-AAD, arrived at 16.20. Routed up from Kemble at 10,000’ all the way, and is rumoured going to be used fo another round of PPE flights for a month or so.
