The British airport has sparked outrage by increasing parking charges at its Terminal 4 short-stay car park for the second time in three months

The price hike, which follows a 39% increase across all of Heathrow's short-stay car parks earlier this autumn, means customers will now have to pay around £12 for between one and two hours of parking at peak times. A 90-minute stay in the car park cost just £7.20 at the start of September.

If you are travelling via Heathrow airport and you are considering to park in the airport, you will be happy to note that there are actually a number of options that you can choose.
 
underground? not that i can think of. there are a few multi storey car parks and surface care parks.

is there a reason it needs to be underground specifically?
