Air Europa launch flights between Gatwick and Mexico City this weekend. The new route, which operates via Madrid, took off yesterday and and is part of its larger expansion into South America and the Spanish Caribbean.
Colin Stewart, UK general manager of Air Europa, said: ‘Mexico City is a key route for us. I’m delighted that sales are already going well. There is increasing demand in the UK for holidays in Latin America, which has helped us expand our schedule.’
