Just had a week away with easyJet holidays. They really are a fantastic operation. Excellent flight both ways, super crew. Really hoping they expand even further at BHX.

Just landed back at BHX and the crew said thanks for flying with us ‘on behalf of the Birmingham and Gatwick based crew’. Is the BHX base mixed with LGW crews? Wondered if anyone could shine any light?

I'd concur with this. Used easyJet Holidays to Milan for 4 days, was very impressed - flights on time, not spammed with endless announcements (looking at you @Jet2), and the whole experience was simple. We, incidentally, had an MXP-based crew each way.

Hi guys .I know you hardly answer because I talk bollox on this forum anyway I’m not arguing I just want this question answered.
I Need to know you something.
So I’m searching bhx flights via worldwide on the website and it’s showing Aberdeen,Inverness,Genoa,Innsbruck and Istanbul but as a dull grey colour.Could you take a look for me please if it’s the same for you

Looks like Lyon has been removed from sale

Including Naples and Nantes from system

Good stuff :)

Krakow will hopefully fill the hole left by Wizz?

Prague is a great addition. I wonder if Eurowings will return next summer should easy make it year round and how long before we see Ryanair on the route?

Reykjavik is well needed and it starts when Jet2 takes a 5 week break in Dec.

Innsbruck seems an obvious one.

Although getting more popular Marrakesh is looking a little top heavy going from one to four although TUi is only weekly this winter.

I thought we may see Gran Canaria and/or Lanzarote, will have a look later to see if there are any gaps left for them.

Timetable for winter Homebased aircraft.
Key:
  • Each route I have numbered I.e 1 2 3 so on
  • Times bracketed are comparison to foreign times
  • +1 +2 +3 means based aircraft in brackets
  • Timetables for routes are by days not dates
  • They are in mixed order which I apologise for
Not key but awareness:If I have got any of these incorrect please don’t snap at me.Get enough of that by parents .This has taken me more or less all day and this would be my dream job to scheduling for airlines

Looks like theirs a slot available for the 3rd based aircraft for a 2 routes on the Wednesday .My guess would be Either Funchal,Kitilla or Basel.

Any this took me nearly a whole day

Prague and Marrakesh year round routes, the others are winter seasonal.

easyJet’s new base Birmingham has already seen the launch of 16 new routes this year and today the airline has announced another five new routes to serve demand from customers in the Midlands. Year-round routes from Birmingham to Prague and Marrakech will start on 13 November and 1 December respectively and will both operate on Wednesdays and Sundays, with winter routes from Birmingham to Krakow starting on 15 November and operating on Mondays and Fridays, to Reykjavik from 3 December operating on Tuesdays and Saturdays as well as once a week on Sundays to Innsbruck starting from 15 December.

Krakow being winter round seems quite unusual, the only seasonal flight to Krakow by Easyjet. Hopefully one to be upgraded to year round in due course

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
