Many thanks, Andy. I missed the Typhoons. What a pity.you certainly did along with two typhoons
Mayfly still shows today's flight as an E170 as it does for next Saturday so why today has been changed is a good question which unfortunately I can't answer. Off to my local cricket now where I get an excellent view of landing aircraft on approach to 27. I shall look out for the BACF contingent.I notice that today's Florence flight is on a e190. Is that a one off or better loads than expected ?
35 I think.Does anybody have any idia how many spitfires are still flying?
According to Mayfly it is a 320 arriving from Tbilisi at 1120 on Friday 17 November and departing Sunday 19 November at 2200. According to that other forum the carrier is Azerbaijan Airlines. On the other forum a poster has said the Georgian Rugby team will be flying into Bristol Airport next week. The post says the airline could be Azerbaijan Airlines. They have a varied types of aircraft but i do know they have used one of their 787s for sports charters before but they also have a VIP fleet with a 767 as well.
I'm guessing they are probably using Bristol RFC or Bath RFC training facilities or maybe the University of West of Englands sport facilities. It is a pity they aren't using CWL and basing in Wales especially considering they are playing Wales for the first time.According to Mayfly it is a 320 arriving from Tbilisi at 1120 on Friday 17 November and departing Sunday 19 November at 2200. The trip is for a match against Wales in Cardiff on Saturday 18 November. Odd that they are not flying into CWL unless they are staying in the Bristol area. Tbilisi is one of Bristol's twin cities but that must surely be a coincidence.

I've seen photos of them training at Cardiff Arms Park so they must be based in South Wales.Friday 17 November 2017
