The reds flew the trooping of the colours in the morning, and then used Bristol as a rest and refuel stop at lunch. When they departed it was to head to another show I believe.

the eighth red arrow departed earlier than the seven, not after. The ninth red arrow remain at Bristol to be fixed.

Red Arrows

I understand the Red Arrows will be back at BRS this coming weekend for the Weston Air Festival. Two Typhoons will also arrive on Friday next (22nd) in connection with the same event and will remain at BRS until Sunday in order to display at Weston on both Saturday and Sunday.

The Red Arrows are due in at 1337 on Saturday (23rd). They will depart at 1610 to display at Weston and return to BRS at 1645 to overnight. On Sunday (24th) the Red Arrows will depart BRS at 1435 to display at Weston and return to BRS at 1510. They will depart for other duties at 1725.

TUI switched Dreamliners today, G-TUIA which operated SID-BRS has gone up to GLA to operate the CUN flight, G-TUIB which operated into MAN from POP has recently arrived in BRS from MAN to operate today's PUJ

Who ever thought about changing dreamliners. Would it have made more sense to send the man aircraft to Glasgow and left the Bristol one where it was to operate todays flight.

2 weeks ago we had the strange case of approx 50 Glasgow pax put on the plane to Bristol from one of the trans atlantic destinations because the glasgow flight was cancelled.

When they reached Bristol they expected a connecting flight to Glasgow but were instead put on a coach for another 7 hr ride

Ouch.......did this make any news?

It's a bit late now - I forgot to post the details last weekend - but a Loganair Saab 2000 arrived at BRS from Durham Tees Valley last Friday afternoon (17th) and returned to MME on Saturday evening (18th). It was carrying the Middlesbrough Football Club party who beat Bristol City 2-0 at Ashton Gate (or Trashton Gate as Bristol Rovers fans call it) in the EFL Championship on Saturday afternoon.

There was 2 aer lingus flights to Dublin this morning . Any reason for the second one ?

Probably for the Wales v Ireland match tonight in the football.
There is an additional Aer Lingus Regional rotation on Friday evening as well (making five for the day). The three Ryanair flights on the BRS-DUB sector tomorrow are showing availability but with high prices ranging from £299.99 for the early morning departure and £168 for the afternoon and £137 for the evening.

Landing from BWI about 6 o clock a B737 79T flight no VPBWR. Its operated by Bel air. Any one know what this is about.
BWI is Baltimore.

Titan Airways A321 (G-POWN) due in from ENBR (Bergen, Norway) at around 5:30pm this evening before positioning out to Stansted.
It operated out to Bergen from Bournemouth earlier today having positioned in from Stansted this morning.

I think this is a cruise flight returning.

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
