Having just posted the airport's stats for November I thought I would add a couple of my own versions:

Top movement providers:

The passenger figures reported below are purely for the airports that I include in my "Load-factor" data - see post #994 for a list.

NB - the passenger numbers should read "Available seats"

Whilst I have posted the airport's official statistics, for September, October and November, I have not included any route analysis as I usually do. Here are the figures for September, the other months will follow over the next couple of days:

Initial data that I have seen for December's statistics is shown below:

View attachment 25058

Once the CAA publish figures I'll then do a fuller analysis. In the meantime it's back to number crunching November's data!

Following on from the December data in post #1005 of 16th January, I now have had time to due my usual analysis and review of what the numbers actually mean:

Firstly load factors for selected routes - these are broken down into two table, Intercontinental (including Turkey) and European/Domestic. For the Intercontinental chart I have included 2020 and 2021 for a comparison, however I only started to collate the European data in March 2021 and therefore have compared November 2021 with December 2021.

The second analysis is of route performance when compared with the same month in the previous year:

As many of you may know I started to keep records of daily movements for Manchester back in August 2021.

Below is a summary of all movements by airline, with their percentage share, for all months from that date.

Edited: I forgot to say that the following days were not captured due to (cheeky I know) being away from the computer - or banned by the missus!

August 23rd-27th ** September 17th-22nd ** December 23th-25th ** January 1st

Thanks Scottie. Pleased to see we made 9m pax in the financial year as I thought we'd be lucky to hit 8m at one stage.
Still a heck of a way to go to get back to 30m.

Heads Up!

For some weird reason, my days off work tend to involve being out of my flat by 5am and not getting back until 10pm. Back to work and the regular "fix" of 7.40am to 7.15pm hours
Heatwave Mk2 next week?
Some explosive weather build-ups currently in the North of England. What is it like where you are?
LBA: B737-300 G-GDFK empty down to Paris at 16:15 to operate the return LS268 back to Leeds 20:00 ETA where it will then operate the delayed LS265 to Malaga 20:40ETD
LBA: Albastar B737-800 EC-MUB positioning in tommorow afternoon from Gatwick 15:45 to operate a charter to Lourdes/Tarbes on Friday afternoon 14:00 AP7721 STC
I don't believe I am quite covering enough roles at work. Its now 4 on a bad day, 5 on a good day and there is scope for a 6th and 7th role. Still on minimum pay but had the biggest payrise in the company,
