I read on another forum that Vueling will continue Barcelona rotations into winter 2016-17 with 2 weekly flights (Friday and Sunday), and the Sunday flight will apparently be an A321.

Sorry that didnt work at NCL, but Vueling should look at Liverpool. Easyjet has not returned to their CDG route since Covid.

Liverpool has Ryanair which fly to Paris Beauvias Tille. Which is bit further out of Paris from the others but still useable to get to Paris.
