Can't wait to see what the maps will look like in a couple of years time should all the routes come off and we get to know the operators. Is the Rouge or Air Canada decision to go to Toronto going to happen later this year? I'm tied up in knots about that one as it would be good to get a legacy carrier rather than always down the cheap and cheerful way.

It does rather look like the Thai logo.

Would be odd for that logo to appear and not Air China?

I agree but surely it cant just be coincidence that we have talked about MAN-BKK route and then a Thai logo appears with a question mark?

I've had to put the overview on hold as it turns out, with too many routes and new ones being announced at Manchester all the time, it's quite complex keeping up to date!

Please can one of the mods move the posts about 'potential routes' to the relevant 'route development thread'. That way I can carry on the maps/graphics/write ups and have this thread as purely an overview of what MAN has currently.

Regards.

In response to the discussion on the General Thread can I suggest that you use this one from 2016 for your route maps, as it appears that that was the original intention when it was created by User001.

User001 - please don't do anything yet as I will do some tidying up on here and I don't want to mess up any work you do.

Scottie Dog -

Would it be an idea to merge this thread and the new route 17/18 list thread as a general ‘Manchester Airline and Route Overview’ thread?

Heads Up!

For some weird reason, my days off work tend to involve being out of my flat by 5am and not getting back until 10pm. Back to work and the regular "fix" of 7.40am to 7.15pm hours
Heatwave Mk2 next week?
Some explosive weather build-ups currently in the North of England. What is it like where you are?

I don't believe I am quite covering enough roles at work. Its now 4 on a bad day, 5 on a good day and there is scope for a 6th and 7th role. Still on minimum pay but had the biggest payrise in the company,
