Great news, starting to see a greater proliferation of African routes/carriers. Long may it continue!

Air Arabia has been on my wish list for a long time. It's a fantastic addition and to the popular resort of Agadir, should do well.

Great news and another niche! Was going to start a thread a while ago but decided against it on the prosaic mindset but great to see it has finally happened. Can't help but notice the appalling times for spotters though!

Fantastic new airline at MAN, air Arabia Maroc:

30189 AGA 1600 MAN 2005
30180 MAN 2215 AGA 0200

Thu/Sun from 1/10/17

Confirmed and bookable on their website.
Just looking on their website, different times of the arrival flight on Sundays:
30189 AGA 1720 MAN 2125

Great news, another airline that will be nice to see at MAN. Morocco is quite a trendy destination at the moment, and as Ethan says, we might have a chance of Tangier in the future, seen quite a few travel programmes recently about it, and it's a really upcoming destination.

Lots of other press releases today too, such as travel weekly, ADS advance, bdaily and Aviation Tribune.

Now bookable into the summer season, so, with a Easyjet jumping on the route, at least they are not a one season wonder.

Summer service reduces from 2 to 1 between April and May and October. June to September stays at twice weekly.

No Scottie they have shut the whole Agadir operation so no flights to LGW or BHX either

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
