I thought it would be a lot higher than that as there are no Aer lingus A330 due
I don’t think we had Aer lingus A330’s for a few years now, I could be wrong but I think it’s was the same sort of figures as last year.
Hi hope you’re well.
What routes was we expecting this summer or what routes could we still see this summer thanks?
Unfortunately, I don’t know what other routes were planned other than the ones I already mentioned but it will have to be European routes. I wouldn’t be surprised if we see more flights to Greece e.g Corfu/Crete but it depends on the gaps in the aircraft timetable.

Thank you.I’m guessing routes to Morocco,Albania and Derry are suspended or cut for summer 25 as I can’t see nothing available.

The next 2 months will be interesting no matter what happens at bhx with Ryanair whether that new routes or upgrades on routes we currently have.
Ryanair usually updates their bhx schedules this time of the week

With 11 weekly flights removed for Tirana ,Marrakesh,Agadir and Derry.

Have those weekly flights been slotted yet by another destination served by a bhx route currently served?

By my review of the schedule both before and after the RUK cuts....

Lost Capacity:
  • AGA: -3x Weekly
  • LDY: -2x Weekly
  • RAK: -4x Weekly
  • TIA: -2x Weekly
Total Lost Capacity: 11x Weekly

Gained Capacity:
  • AGP: +2 (13x Weekly)
  • ALC: +2 (14x Weekly)
  • DUB: +2 (34x Weekly)
  • KRK: +1 (7x Weekly)
  • MLA: +1 (4x Weekly)
  • RHO: +1 (5x Weekly)
  • SVQ: +1 (3x Weekly)
Total Gained Capacity: 10x Weekly

I dont know if there are any slots remaining to be filled but it seems that the loss of the RUK routes will have minimal impact on pax capacity which is good news. The summer schedule still has 15x more weekly flights than Summer'24!

If there was a new route to see this summer I’m saying Belfast or Kerry

Well if RYR can't fly from BHX-LDY because if RUK Registration issues, they also cant fly BHX-BFS for the same reason unless they do a W pattern out of an airport that does have RUK registered aircraft (MAN-BFS-BHX-BFS-MAN)

Hi, I was born and lived in B36 for a long time - Lindale Avenue, just around the corner from Hodge Hill Comp.
I just noticed your postcode on a post.

Do you still live in the area?

49 trips undertaken last year. First done this year which was to North Wales where surprisingly the only slippery surfaces were in Conwy with the castle and it's walls closed due to the ice.
