Maybe it is because I live a fair distance from the airport, but I do not think that this is a great plus for people who live further than 5 miles from their airport. I would be surprised if there are more than 1% of passengers that take up this option.
Having said that, if you live locally and you have a lot of cases, it may be an advantage.
But isn't this just what Jet2 has been dong for some years ? It must be popular for some,.or they wouldn't do it. Those who have an early flight, and are stopping over the evening before, I think would find it very attractive.

PFO dropped with SVQ makes sense.

For easyJet better to have the aircraft on the ground for a few hours before doing another two sectors that evening then tying it up for 11 hours running a marginal profitable Paphos. Especially given Ryanair & Jet2 are all over those destinations and the current situation.

I am not saying that it would not be popular with some passengers, but it would it would only be a very small minority. They appear to be making a "song and dance" about it being a great advantage, but how can it be if it only affects very few passengers.

Well they would make a song and dance its a new option. But as I've already said, this is just the same as Jet2 already offers , is it not ?

Easyjet returned to Lisbon today., was always a popular route from Liverpool. Should never have dropped it.

New route for Easyjet , Liverpool to Rovaniemi Finland. November to March

#EasyJet

Ive read this elsewhere, but I cant find the details myself. I know Ryanair do this route, so could be a mix up.

There’s also an EasyJet Europe A320 OE-INP positing in From Leeds this evening. Possibly to get more attention (maintenance) as it’s been tech at LBA last few days?

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
