A bit disappointing that the BA lounge at LAX was very crowded leading you to use Korean Airlines' lounge with your Lounge Club Card. Was this a card you were given for the flight to use an alternative lounge if you desired, or the card that you purchased and have used around the world in other lounges? I assume the latter.

The latter, the card is a paid access card.

As well as the oneworld lounge in TBIT the OP could have walked across to T4 to try the AA Flagship lounge which would give access based on him being on an international oneworld flight in J. I haven’t been myself to the recently refurbished Flagship there (have been to the ones in ORD and JFK) and at LAX I usually head for the QF lounge, but the Flagship is supposed to be quite nice.
