With all the runway figures then Kemble had to be the runway used.. The report was on local BBC news. Looks like sloppy news report,they not had lessons from the news paper lot have they.
Not surprised. I don't watch the local tv news much these days. Like the Bristol Post (or Evening Post as it was for over 80 years) their local knowledge is sometimes abysmal.
 
Gloucester/Staverton has been put up for sales. It's owed 50 percent by Gloucester and Cheltenham council's. I believe pretty well used by general aviation, however on the civil front nothing has operated since Manx2 . Back in the day regularly summer Channel Islands services operated, by carriers such as British Midland.
