As it appears the first poll did garner some interest and developed into a good conversation with some interesting points, this being a recurring topic here and also on other forums, and having seen & voted in the BHX version of this, how many PAX do you think MAN will carry in 2024? Will we finally surpass the coveted 30 Million mark? Will we just miss it?

In my opinion, we will carry 30.0 > 30.5M.

I've gone with 30.5 - 31.0

The airport is already breaking records so I don't think it will take much of a push to smash it. There is of course the unknown such as another pandemic outbreak or war to deter people from travelling but we'll see.

Has anyone been brave enough to work out the achievable capacity based on the seats available?

I'm being more cautious at 29.0 - 29.5m which still requires an increase of between 3% and 4.8%.
S24 doesn't look all that exciting at present and that accounts for 30 -31 weeks of the year when passenger numbers are at their highest.

I'm going for 29.5 to 30m. If pinned to a number, I'd go at 29.8 million. This is at odds with what I had on another thread about how "easy" it would be to get to 30 million with the ways that could be achieved but it's still a good growth rate.

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
