This is postive news not only for CWL but for KLM and possibly the wider aviation industry, because KLM have recently increased their frequency at a number of UK airports from August/September onwards.

Hopefully if it means sales are on the up then we might see the return of the night stopper sooner than November.

It looks as though the list has been done alphabetically and they only got as far as L, unless there was a second page. MAN and NCL aren't in the list for starters. Some UK airports in the list have had KLM flights to AMS in July.

Looks like KLM are making some cuts in September, the 09.45 departure has been with the exception of Monday. Looks like the same thing will happen in October as i've had an email saying that the CWL-AMS leg of my flight to Madrid has been cancelled. So looks like Amsterdam will be 8 weekly in September.

Flight with KLM from Cardiff to Madrid is now cancelled, i cancelled it at the beginning of the week and to be fair to KLM i had a refund yesterday despite them saying it could take 60 to 90 days, so pretty happy with that!

Yes it is unfortunate about the flight. But the time changes and the 14 days isolation especially just makes the trip impossible. I'm hoping i can do some domestically but the lack of flights from Cardiff and the times at Bristol that i've seen aren't great.

I am due to fly to TLS week after next and I can't quarantine for 14 days on return so I have cancelled my hotel but if I cancel the KLM flight I do not get a refund. I am now looking to book at a later date (next year), but is difficult when flights are up to £100 more expensive.

Looks like KLM have made some changes for November and December.
From 26th October to 22nd November Amsterdam will be 6 weekly with a 17.25 departure. No flights on Saturday.
From 23rd November to 4th January the route will be 14 weekly with a 10.15 and 17.25 departure. Of course this subject to change.
My own personal opinion is that I doubt we'll see the nightstopping aircraft until the start of Summer 2021. At the moment it's supposed to resume in January.

Been doing a bit of research for flights in April and I know there's lots of various reasons for the pricing but I find it incredibly frustrating that KLM want to charge 2 and times more for me to fly into Cardiff from Amsterdam than they do for a flight to Bristol. Cardiff is priced at £134 one way and Bristol £47, Birmingham was £82. Pricing like this doesn't help the airport PR wise especially as they'll get blamed for it.

Competition. KL always do this, if there is competition on the route from the UK airport to AMS their fares will be lower than if there isn't. Compare fares from HUY to AMS vs MAN to AMS for example. the airline will charge what they think they can get away with whilst still filling the aircraft.

I'm not saying KLM are a charity but that's its frustrating that the price is so high compared to other options nearby. Usually Bristol is cheaper but not by nearly 2 and a half times.
After doing more research it'll be cheaper to fly from Paris or Barcelona to Cardiff via Amsterdam!

Hopefully it will make CWL-AMS more profitable for KLM. I'm sure CWL would prefer to see more passengers through the door, but if KLM can sell seats at that price then I'm sure everyone will be happier that the route is profitable.
