Looking at FR24 and it appears both KLM departures today were cancelled. I suspect due to the ground crew strikes at Schiphol.

According to KLM , the reason was "because of the measures taken by local government or Air traffic control ". This would seem to imply the Schiphol slot problem.

I know it's not until 2028 but I do hope we'll see KLM back to 3 daily flights and maybe a bit wishful thinking but also Air France on Paris CDG in time for this event where lot's of people will be travelling from all around Europe to Wales and these hub routes will give people more choice of flying too Wales.

It's good to see that the airport has been able to persuade Air France to operate these flights and does suggest that there is some sort of relationship there. Whether it'll lead to something beyond Six Nations flights we can only keep our fingers crossed.

Whist we are on the KLM site, I thought I would mention that I have received two emails this week from TUI, who are advertising city breaks to Amsterdam from CWL, on KLM flights, could be something else that will increase flights to AMS from CWL.

Air France aren't a regular airline at Cardiff but I assume that as part of the Air France/KLM Group any business class ticket would include lounge access?
