Q. Why hasn't my 'queued' post appeared on the forum yet....?

Firstly if you are in the post queue you are probably new to Forums4airports so welcome!

As a new member you will be removed from the moderation queue once we have established that you are indeed interested in airports and aviation in general and that you are not here to spam the forum. The decision to remove new members from the moderation queue is normally made within the first couple of post made.

Why hasn't my 'queued' post appeared yet....?

It is possible that we haven't read your post yet and so it wont have been approved just yet. We check for queued posts periodically but this means it could take a while before your post becomes visible on the forum.

Users who are on the moderation queue will usually be notified when their post has been submitted onto the forum or when it has been declined. If your post is declined you will be normally be given a reason why.

If you have submitted a post and it has been disapproved it is likely to have been disapproved for one or more of the following reasons.

Your post contains links to illegal or pirated software
The only purpose of your post was to advertise a website or another product.
Your post is off topic.
Your post is likely to offend or cause disruption to the forum.
Your post contains no substance.
Your post contains excessive use of bad language.
Your post is illegible or lacks basic grammar skills.

The post may not fit into any of the above categories but we reserve the right to disapprove any post that we deem unsuitable for submission.

Q. Who can approve or disapprove my post.....?

All administrators and moderators of Forums4airports can approve or disapprove queued posts. Their decision is final.

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.

Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
