A pity that Jet2 don’t offer Verona from BHX yet. Ryanair won hands down on that one, the TUI prices were ridiculous - they obviously want you to book the whole package.

Alicante February brother in laws 60th, he lives nearby and Puerto Mogan (Gran Canaria ) in May both trips Ryanair would have likely been with Monarch. Total cost for both trips under £180 including seat selection for the Canaries.

Not bad. Brussels for £89.00 standard fare by Brussels Airline and 141 by BMI. So cheaper and a cheaper alternative to get to Brussels. Given that Rotterdam is no longer served maybe this is a smart move by VLM to tap into three major Belgian-Dutch cities.

Of course flying to Antwerp does deny an entry to the city by possibly the most spectacular railway station in Europe. Great city.

I did fancy trying Primera but the package offered by Jet2 Holidays ticked all the boxes.

The Qatar Airways sale has some great deals (ends tonight) my parents have booked to go to Malaysia in May (£430 each) with them. Glad to say they have also convinced some friends to go too and supports BHX

Impressive....

my first BHX trip will be happening next week.

Flying out on AF1165 next Thursday to Paris on my way to Freetown, Sierra Leone on an Aid Mission.
Will be returning back on Saturday 3rd on KL1425 coming back via Amsterdam....
