Let’s not get all negative and over excited about Qatar. First few weeks will alway be low until outbound passengers return and the route builds over the first few months.

Guernsey only started at the end of May this year so June will be a more accurate look at what it's like. Some good growth on EDI and GLA.
A friend of the family recently did CWL-Guernsey and he said there was around 20 onboard.
With AMS it will a few months to see how it goes but the more peoplw using the airport should hopefully benefit KLM as well. One observation is that the Doha flight hasn't given the Amsterdam service much change. Granted it's too early really to tell at this stage.
Did they drop a MXP jerry explaining the hit?
Good to see Faro up even with 3 carriers on the route!

Milan is now 3 weekly when last year i believe it was 4 weekly. I think they are operating a Faro rotation instead with Faro being 2 weekly with Ryanair, 1 weekly with TUI and 5 weekly with Flybe.
The freight figure is on the CAA website. Not sure where freight figures are - how does that compare with previous months ?
Just looked at pax figures for EDI’s first month of QR in 2014 - ops 5/week on 788. They carried 6k pax. Now up to around 11k.
However you frame is 26% LF is poor - hopefully it will build.....
CAA stats for June 2018
181,292 people used the airport in June down 2% the rolling year was 1,507,827 up 6.7%
Air transport movements were 1707 down 5.4%.
The - will be down to the Champions league final.
Technically yes but the airport has still grown as the Champions league final distorted last year's figures but that does happen at Cardiff now and then because of the events it holds every year.Does this put an end to the airports 14 months of consecutive growth or however many months it is now?

The previous monthly drop that I can remember was in October 2016 when the passenger numbers were down by 13% compared with October 2015. October 2015 had seen a lot of passengers in connection with the Rugby World Cup matches.Technically yes but the airport has still grown as the Champions league final distorted last year's figures but that does happen at Cardiff now and then because of the events it holds every year.
Unfortunately apart from milestones they seem to have stopped posting the monthly numbers quite a while ago.I shall be watching to see if CWL tells us as it is this time. I hope they do and they can give the reason. It makes their reports on other positive matters more credible in my eyes.
