During the first full week in August (3rd-9th) easyJet operated 193 of the airport's overall 320 departures for the week.
easyJet's 193 departures amounted to just under 49% of the 396 weekly departures originally scheduled for August - thanks to Severn's post in February for the 396 figure. That's substantually up on the 40% of flights easyJet said they were going to operate across their network.
Unlike Ryanair that operated to all its originally timetable destinations bar one and had a 70% departure rate against the original timetable (see BRS Ryanair thread for details), easyJet suspended more of its much larger BRS portfolio of destinations in August. As with Ryanair, a number of routes that did operate saw decreased frequencies.
Nevertheless, I think that BRS can be pleased with the way its two main airlines responded.
