Definitely quite a jump in capacity especially as half of those are on A320's giving 1026 seats each way on those two days.

The timings departing BHX on Mon 14th Dec.

08:50 A320
12:05 A319
15:20 A319
16:35 A320
21:05 A320
22:00 A319

I expect now restrictions are being eased in Scotland, the loads should continue to grow on Edinburgh and Glasgow.

From September, easyJet will be our 4th biggest airline at Birmingham.

Now was the ideal time for BHX to do a deal with easyJet so hopefully they have not let the opportunity slip through the net.

This week EDI & GLA 10 a week and BFS 13 a week
But September with Belfast showing 9 a week, EDI 6 and Glasgow 4 a week at times.
Geneva has been removed from sale this summer and restarts for October half-term at 3 a week dropping to 2 a week until just before Christmas before increasing to 16 per week.. Surprisingly a third Friday service added, which I think is most it has ever been. 2 Monday, 1 Tuesday & Wednesday, 2 Thursday, 3 Friday and Sunday and 4 Saturday.

easyJet - November 2020
Unfortunatly, EDI and GLA will be stopping for a few weeks in November.
Current schedules are below:

Belfast
This week - 10x weekly
Next week - 10x weekly
Week of 2-Nov - 11x weekly
From 9-Nov till early December - 6x weekly

Edinburgh
This week - Daily
Next week - Daily
Week of 2-November - 4x weekly
From 9-Nov till early December - Cancelled
Restarts early December

Glasgow
This week - 5x weekly
Next week - 4x weekly
Week of 2-November - 3x weekly
From 9-Nov till early December - Cancelled
Restarts early December

Geneva

Rather odd at a glance, but no doubt taking into account the current Covid situation around the UK. I cannot remember a period with no flights to Glasgow or Edinburgh in my lifetime.

Glasgow is showing 3x daily Sun - Fri for next summer. Hopefully we'll see an increase on EDI in due course.

As it stands but very much subject to change.

Belfast - 23x weekly. Mon x 4, Tue x3, Wed x3, Thur x4, Fri x4, Sat x2, Sun x3.
Edinburgh - 13x weekly. Sun - Fri x2, Sat x1.
Glasgow - 19 weekly. Sun - Fri x3, Sat x1.
Geneva - 3x weekly. Mon, Wed and Fri.
Naples - 2x weekly. Mon and Fri.

Glasgow was only showing 2 Sun-Fri a few days ago so a very recent change, EDI will hopefully do the same

Winter 2021/22 is out now and currently looks like this

EDI - 1 daily Sat, 2 daily all other days
GLA - no flights Sat, 2 daily all other days
GVA - 2 weekly in Nov (Tue/Sat). From December onwards Sat is 4-5 daily, Fri 3-4 daily and other days mostly 2 daily
NAP - not on sale

Hi there all, as I have said before with easyJet, unless Birmingham Airport management wakes up and listens to what easyJet wants and does a deal that is acceptable for both parties, then it will be ,good bye...AndyC

I am sure BHX and easyjet are talking but a bit like Brexit getting a deal is the hard part !

Hi there all, you see that bhx won't budge by giving a deal that will be accepted by all parties, I would love to know who from Birmingham City Council is pulling bhx strings ...AndyC

easyjet will still be BHX's number 1 target but getting an airline in can take years,

BHX have been speaking to Finnair for 25 years !

BHX needs to "progressive", sadly it looks like they are only "aggressive" and rather than turning on airlines, turn them off.

I will probabaly be talking about the same 5/6 routes in the year 2050 ???? when BRS handles 25 million and BHX still 12.5 million. lol

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
