Discussions relating to Liverpool Airport
Surprised Easyjet are flying to City? I'd have thought they'd just add more flights to Belfast International.

It’s a missed opportunity for Flybe in my view. But could be good for Easyjet hopefully it works out and might even become a year round rotation.

Quite clearly they see BE mk2 as a threat to their Belfast market so they are doing what they can to prevent them joining the party. Agree BE have missed a trick here. Will be interesting to see if any tit for tat ensues although can’t imagine BE will currently want to throw money on competing routes just for the sake of it. That said, BE could provide frequency on smaller economical a/c which is appealing to the business traveller. Whatever happens though it’s good to see the industry bouncing back so strongly

There has been a link between Belfast City Airport and Liverpool for many years. The link hasnt been served since the end of Flybe last time, so I can see why they would do this route.

They will try and stop Flybe and if successful, drop it (to protect BFS)

Easyjet have flights operating LPL-CDG for the championship league weekend........at quite hefty prices.

easyJet are now operating flights to Paris Charles de Gaulle for the Champions League final. Book your flights here

Yep they'll definitely look to make money from it, the demand will no doubt push the prices even higher.

I'm not too impressed when they cut the regular service when Covid was in full swing, and so far have not reinstated it.

Will be curious to see if Ryanair launch a few flights as well?

Well they have in the past when there was a similar major football event. I think Madrid was the last one Ryanair did a few flights too. There are apparently charters operating as well. Air Carribe ive seen mentioned .

For some weird reason, my days off work tend to involve being out of my flat by 5am and not getting back until 10pm. Back to work and the regular "fix" of 7.40am to 7.15pm hours
