Back to 3 a day just I time for rail strikes. I think considering a new route after a pandemic its not all doom and gloom but depends how deep the BE pockets are as to how long they will give it. I am supporting BHD in three weeks. If LHR still going in Nov poss a chance 4 of us can use that point to.point too

Well I’ve bottled it for my trip to Argentina next week. I’m taking the train to London on Monday afternoon and staying at a hotel at LHR on Monday night. Flight to Miami with BA at 1330 on Tuesday. I just couldn’t risk the Tuesday morning Flybe to connect to BA.
I did have train tickets for when I return on the 25th but that is a rail strike day now. Booked FlyBe last night for the 0945 LHR-LBA on the Saturday morning. £77 for flight/seat/bag. Not too bad.

The Belfast City landed tonight at 2150, nearly 4 hours late. The London Heathrow doesn't appear on the arrivals board.
The Flybe schedule is a complete mess frankly.

I hope they sort the problems out before the rail strike as they have a golden opportunity to make this work especially if the airport promotes the inclusive fast track but it needs to be punctual and reliable!

The LBA arrivals board is probably even less reliable than Flybe. I check Heathrow departures, they always seem to have the correct info.

Interesting to note that one of the Flybe Dash-8s was at the multiflight doing some engine tests earlier this afternoon.

I believe it's Dash 8-Q409, G-ECOR which has been sat at LBA since it went tech on Friday morning.

Should have been 3 flights to/from Heathrow today, but this was reduced to only 2 as a temporary measure a couple of weeks ago HOWEVER only the early morning flight operated today. Things are not getting any better!

Yeah….I’m so glad I decided to get the train down from Leeds this afternoon. Let’s see if my return flight up to LBA on the 25th operates.
BTW, I’m staying at the Premier Inn T4 and the views overlooking 27L are amazing.

Thanks for info regs premier inn t4, with flybes dodgy service i might just drive down, also the famous myrtle av is fairly close by to that premier inn, a 10min walk away.

Two things, 1) Flybe are going from bad to worse and 2) the LBA board is embarrassing, what's the point having it if it isn't accurate?

I’ve spotted on Belfast arrivals that there is a repositioning flight tomorrow morning from Athens. Is this a delivery to ease the current woes in time for a rail strike which on some days sees only 8 trains a day between Leeds and London?

Heathrow Airport's departure board is showing the LHR-LBA "BE756" service as operating with a 23:20 estimated departure.

It did, but the Heathrow board has always been correct in the past.

Anyway, the flight that left at 22:07 is the BE755, according to Heathow arrivals and flight radar. It should have departed at 1600, so that's a roughly 6 hour delay.

So, we have LHR and flight radar saying the BE755/756 is operating and the Leeds board no longer showing either flight number as a departure or arrival.
