G-JZHM is the rescue plane due to leave BHX shortlyHuge delay on LS1272 from Paphos tonight. The outbound landed early, so presumably gone tech. Looks like an aircraft will be sent out to pick up the stranded pax.

It appears the above was a technical diversion and G-JZBR was bought into use as a replacement and left BHX for AYT at 20:56Jet2 B737-800 (G-JZBK, LS213) operating LBA - AYT diverted into BHX after getting as far as AMS. Landed approx 18:13 UTC.
Looking at the AMS departures on FR24, there are numerous cancellations. Looking at Windy.com and using the fast forward feature, it looks like the storm could hit AMS badly.Every flight to and from Amsterdam tomorrow has been cancelled except the morning flight

I think somebody mentioned the winds peaking around lunchtime in central London so possibly more to come.Looks like Swiss A220-100 (HB-JBI, SWR442, GVA -LCY) may be diverting to BHX.
