This is most probably another delivery flight, there was one on 20th April 2023 according to simple flying. It says flight time was 7hrs 20mins. So fingers crossed this will fly to BHX tomorrow. Does anyone know if it will be put in the hanger and if so around what time? Thanks

So this could be a permanent Tui Airways plane?

I thought so too but it happened on the 20th April 2023 so it's possible
Appears to be, their previous brand new of the line C-GWUU Prod Number 1147 as per your image came off the production on its first flight from Charleston to STS at BHX 20/4/23

This is the next brand new one they've had since then, C-GYJW Prod Number 1174 and appears to be coming to STS from Charleston for the same reason the previous one did perhaps?

They have 1 more 787-9 Prod 1225 to be delivered from their order but still on production line and quite away, away yet if there only is a 27 number difference between the 2 we have had/got so far in nearly a year, according to a website i've seen with all 787 deliveries (can't link it)

After failing to show up this morning, Air Canada B787-9 (AC2358) is again showing for tomorrow at 19:13. Assuming it operates, I guess it will still be C-GYJW. Yesterday's 19:40 dep from CHS changed to 20:40 then 'unknown'. I couldn't see it noted in Ian's blog. We'll see if it arrives this time.

[EDIT] - Nothing showing on Ian's blog regarding the Air Canada B787-9 on Ian's blog for Fri 02/02/24.

Also due in tomorrow according to Ian's blog Air India A319 VT-ECB from Tbilisi to Keflavick,no times given.
According to Ian's blog, the Air India A319 is VT-SCB, not VT-ECB and is a first visit. Searching FR24 for VT-SCB, shows it to be currently at Tbilisi (TBS). No departure time showing to BHX.

[EDIT] - FR24 is now showing the Air India A319 due into BHX at 12:33.

The Air India A319 VT-SCB just passing Bucharest arrival showing as 13:54 and departure to Reykjavik 14:16 which seems rather a short time even for a splash and dash.

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!
If anyone would like to share their local airport news right here in our news area let me know so I can give you the correct permissions to do so. survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
