As far as visible progress, there's plasterboard slowly going up in parts of the construction areas, so we seem to be leaving the "demolition" stage of the renovation.

A solid canopy is being installed over the new Gatehouse (CP1) vehicle lanes, with some badly needed resurfacing works in and around that area.

Night repairs have been in full swing to Alpha, November and, of course, the runway, with a flurry of activity each night

does anyone have any idea on when the refurbished saltaire bar will be reopening and when The temporary entrance to the new terminal will be removed?
Is the Saltare bar remaining as a bar or is it becoming part of the retail space? We've had very little update from LBA since the extension was opened which is a real shame. If the progress reporting of what is to come was better I don't think the airport would get nearly as much flack.

Late 2027 for it being finished.

All off the areas under construction are still open shells.
That'll be a year late will it not? No wonder we've seen no update. It is exactly the reason why the airport needed a new terminal and not a rehash of the current one. Lets hope they can move a bit quicker on it now on.

The whole regen programme was estimated to be completed around 18 months after the terminal extension opened. There have been several setbacks whilst dismantling the numerous layers of extensions and refurbishments over the years.
I believe the original date for everything being done was late 2026 / early 2027 but it has since slipped as security is not even completed that was due for summer.

Are you able to give us any further update on the progress, is there anything newly open or closed other than what has already been mentioned?
The arrival process was the same as when I arrived from AGP in January. Only change I noted on way out was the entrance to Terminal extension, as mentioned in my previous post

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
