They aren't coming back until next Monday as they have another match to play v Eibar at the weekend. Not sure if they flew out of LBA though or are coming back here. As they seem incapable of becoming 'partners' with LBA (unlike our other footy and RL teams) they may have just gone scheduled from some other airport! Hopefully the new owner at LUFC and the new Director at LBA will manage to sort this out and get them working together! The new airport director may be a Geordie, but he is an ex Football League referee who has refereed LUFC at Elland Road himself - so we need him on the case.

Slightly puzzled, as the LBA departures boards shows MLT500 as airborne at 0921- yet it also shows that it is due out at 1400 and check in opens shortly. Does anyone know if this is a departure! board glitch. I can't find any photos of this aircraft since it joined Maleth Aero - it was only delivered to them last month after being in storage. When new it was an Aer Lingus aircraft and has also operated for Baltic and Ukraine International. Does anyone know if it has had a paint job or is it just all white? Might make the difference between a trip to LBA to take a photo or not!

Probably just white. There executive jet is white and dark blue/black on the bottom.

Thanks Jerry. I noticed a photo of 9H-GGG, a 700 series and that one is painted in a rather nice livery, but not sure if this newly delivered 500 has had chance for a lick of paint yet.

I think that is the all business class jet.

Anyone else currently hearing the convoy of USAF C130 Herc's flying above LBA between 18,000ft & 24,000ft?

I don't believe I am quite covering enough roles at work. Its now 4 on a bad day, 5 on a good day and there is scope for a 6th and 7th role. Still on minimum pay but had the biggest payrise in the company,
I've added a link to Postimages.org as an alternative option for posting images here on Forums4airports. You can continue to post images with us but for prolific posters who love to share lots of images, this might be a better option for you.
All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!
If anyone would like to share their local airport news right here in our news area let me know so I can give you the correct permissions to do so. It only takes a couple of minutes to upload a news story with an accompanying image. The news items can then be shared on the site homepage by you. #TakePart #Forums4airports Bring the news to one place!
survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
