Indeed it is, just flown over my house, I have a soft spot for the K-max though as it was the tie breaker in an air cadet aircraft recognition competition, I knew what it was and that saw me, as team captain take home the regional trophy for my squadron.
Plus it looks weird, that's why I learned to ID it.

I was out walking at Swinsty Reservoir and were treated to three relatively low level passes over the reservoir, I suspect before and then after the Globemaster went into LBA. Great to see (and hear!)

I'm reasonably certain it's not the first time but it could well be the last, as the routes Jet2 days are numbered.

What I do like about every the 800 being positioned in to op DUS is Jet2s committment to op the flight when they only have two months left on the route. Perhaps our friends with blue and white props could take note of how to provide good customer service and reliability

Looks like Southampton FC have just flown into Leeds/Bradford for the game against Huddersfield Town tomorrow afternoon using Eastern Airways Embraer 145, G-CISK which which arrived from Southampton as EZE9776 and was closely followed by the scheduled EZE4705 Southampton service using BAe Jetstream 41, G-MAJJ
