JZBA arrived safely and is now in the hangar. The Hungarian 737 either brought in refugees or is taking them home. It's still with us but currently being refuelled so may be off again soon.

Leeds Utd will be flying back from Bristol to Leeds/Bradford on Saturday night using a chartered bmi regional Embrear 145 after the game against Bristol City.

BMR8321 = BRS 19:00 - LBA 19:50 / BMR9461 = LBA 20:20 - BRS 21:10

Given the wind forecast for Saturday, Leeds United, win or lose or draw, will be lucky to get into LBA in their E145. Storm Brian is coming. It is likely to heavily influence proceedings on the pitch too.

Thought that was Storm Bristol that would be affecting things on the pitch!
Storm Bristol is due a defeat given the law of averages (only one defeat so far but plenty of draws). However, Storm Lulsgate might get in first. Plenty of unpleasant stormy weather around the Bristol Channel forecast for the next couple of days.

A victorious Leeds United are now en route to LBA in BMi Regional Embraer 145 G-EMBI (BMR8321) and currently to the West of Hereford. Lets hope the crew are up for a windy landing at LBA. The usual aircraft are getting in, but the Embraer is a light-weight so could be tricky. After that performance today at Bristol City they deserve to get back in to LBA first time.

I was right. :eek: Bristol City should be made to walk home today after their performance. They were dreadful but well done Leeds United who took full advantage and deserved their win - no question about that.

I don't believe I am quite covering enough roles at work. Its now 4 on a bad day, 5 on a good day and there is scope for a 6th and 7th role. Still on minimum pay but had the biggest payrise in the company,

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!
If anyone would like to share their local airport news right here in our news area let me know so I can give you the correct permissions to do so. It only takes a couple of minutes to upload a news story with an accompanying image. The news items can then be shared on the site homepage by you. #TakePart #Forums4airports Bring the news to one place!
survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
