Re: Movements Log & Heads Up

There could be other freighters in over the next few days as its the Ebor Festival, which attracts a lot of overseas horses usually. The Arga Khan usually shows up too in his personal jet, which I believe is a Gulfstream IV?

Re: Movements Log & Heads Up

so does the TNT plane stay parked in LBIA until the festival is over ?

should it appear on the departures list if it was leaving again today/tomorrow ?

my 4 year old son is an avid plane watcher ! ! !

I would imagine it will depart then come back in when the festival is over. Cannot see it staying at LBA till the festival finishes.

Re: Movements Log & Heads Up

I saw what looked like a C-47 Dakota heading over at about 5,000 ft in a South Easterly direction over Horsforth at about 17:03 yesterday. Can anyone shed any light on this?

Yet another TNT Airways, BAe 146 freighter for the York Ebor races is due in with horses at 08:15 in the morning inbound from Shannon as TAY1476 according to the LBA live arrivals board.

Re: Movements Log & Heads Up

The all white A319 (G-NOAH) has jsut landed at 1244 and seemed in a hurry! Its a long time since I have seen any airliner travelling quite so fast on final approach!

Re: Movements Log & Heads Up

Anyone shed any light on the 757 departing straight out on 14 at 17:30, is'nt this normally a 737?

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
