Air ambulance flights always go to Multiflight as invariably they need a ground ambulance for onward transportation to a hospital. OH, and it was OE-LJR and not OE-LRJ as stated above. it went out at about 09:30ish yesterday.

Yep it was a typo by me I had'nt noticed until you posted on here earlier this morning BigMan. Soz,

PS. By way did get it right on me website for some reason..

Re: Movements Log & Heads Up

Biz Jet 855 just landed runway 14 CRJ200 OE-ILY and going to Multiflight 0910 (07/05/2011)

Re: Movements Log & Heads Up

Good News for Jet2's as their 258 Palma service (G-LSAK) has arrived 15mins early today - no doubt their Heraklion service will depart late though

Re: Movements Log & Heads Up

19:30 Friday XH558 (Vulcan) just flew over Otley at 1000 ft. Quite a sight!

Re: Movements Log & Heads Up

Just flew over again, heading south east. Looking at web site seems it was giving a display in Isle of Man

Re: Movements Log & Heads Up

The Vulcan has just flown straight over our farm too near Grassington heading towards Otley...ish direction, looked and sounded awesome!! approx 8.30pm

Re: Movements Log & Heads Up

Thanks a lot for that Michael and LBAYorkie, shame I missed it!

It looks as though Jet2 based G-LSAG has gone back to MAN and has swapped with, I think G-LSAA in Alicante this evening. G-LSAG operated the LS880Q into MAN from Alicante and it could be G-LSAA that comes back to LBA as LS274.

I'm sure Lbaspotter, or any-other member will be able to confirm/correct this.

Re: Movements Log & Heads Up

I'm 99% sure 273/274 on a sunday is operated by a 737-300. I think this because PFO & ACE are operated by the 752, alongside FAO. AK did ACE, AB did FAO and the non wingletted 75 based at LBA did the PFO.

Re: Movements Log & Heads Up

I thought that Nicholas1992, but saw that G-LSAG was operating into MAN and assumed that it had swapped in ALC with either G-LSAA/AC/AM.
I'm think I am mistaken then as, quite rightly you said G-LSAK - ACE, G-LSAB - FAO and it must be G-LSAI doing the PFO.
I thought that AG/AI has swapped and then swapped again and i'm getting myself into a puzzle.

Apologies everyone...

Re: Movements Log & Heads Up

I am certain about this swap however.
Another aircraft change for Jet2.com. LBA Based 757 G-LSAK has swapped in Palma this afternoon with G-LSAA. G-LSAK is now operating into Manchester as LS832 and G-LSAA into Leeds as LS258.

Re: Movements Log & Heads Up

100% correct. However i didin't see any PAX get off it, or new crew get back on! And i was there for the arrival! Bit weird as it operates DLM aswell. It parked Stand 9 aswell.

Re: Movements Log & Heads Up

Yep can confirm that there was 1 aircraft swap last night & 2 aircraft swaps today.

Yesterday
Boeing 737-300, G-CELB was swapped over in Belfast with G-CELV.

Today
Boeing 757-200, G-LSAK was swapped down route in Palma with G-LSAA.
Boeing 737-300, G-CELB was swapped at LBA with G-CELV on the morning Belfast.
Boeing 737-300, G-CELH has positioned out empty to Belfast Int'l as LS41A
Boeing 737-300, G-CELJ or K will position in from Blackpool later as LS31E

Hope that helps.

When they swap aircraft around down route they also swap the crews around So that crews arrive back at there oringinal based.

So for example the LBA based crew would have flown G-LSAK down to PMI on the LS257 sercice. Then they would have changed over aircraft with the Manchester crew and flown G-LSAA back to LBA on the LS258 service.
Meanwhile the reverse would have happened for the Manchester based crews. They would have flown G-LSAA down to PMI and then swapped aircraft with the Leeds based crew and flown G-LSAK back to MAN.

Re: Movements Log & Heads Up

Thank you very much Lbaspotter and Nicholas1992.

So were their any passengers on-board this afternoon's LS258 service or not, just to clarify?

Re: Movements Log & Heads Up

Sounds long & complicated to be honest, but jet2 did well as 258 arrived back 20 minutes early, first time within 7 days.

And well tom, i saw none, expecting loads but i saw none.

Re: Movements Log & Heads Up

I am confused about this one but everyone look out, if you get this message in time.
Look out for this evenings Europe AirPost B733QC F-GIXE. It is operating into LBA as LS332R from Rome FCO, although there isn't an FCO service this evening and the aircraft trail comes from Paris CDG. If anyone can explain please do and have a look out. It's a big Navy and Yellow 'bee' and is due into LBA at around 2020.

Re: Movements Log & Heads Up

G-GDFA has already operated todays jet2 LS332 from Rome to LBA as it landed 15:25.

This must be another positioning flight to get a replacement for the sick Boeing 737-3QC G-CELY. The Edinburgh based B737-3QC, G-CELP positioned over to Belfast very early this morning by looks off things as LS31E to operate tonights Belfast - East Mids mail contract

So the Euro Airpost Boeing 737-3QC, F-GIXE is going to Edinburgh to operate tonight's Royal Mail flights to Stansted and East Mids as a replacement for B737-3QC, G-CELP.

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
