PVT could just mean private movement. 90% of the private flights at MAN get entered into the system as 'NV' or 'AHO' regardless of which company it is.

There is an Intersky on a Dash 8-300 due into LBA on Tuesday April 14. Its been chartered by Norwich City to take them home after playing Leeds Utd that evening at Elland Road. It positions in empty at 22:45 as ISK921 from Friedrichshafen and then departs back out at 23:30 to Norwich as ISK822.

Also understand that we have another Air France HOP, Embrear 145 due into LBA next Saturday afternoon, April 18th bringing the Catalan Dragon's back in from Perpignan as they are playing Huddersfield Giants. It will night stop and return back to Perpignan on the evening of Sunday April 19th.

And thirdly KLM Royal Dutch Airlines are bringing there Dakota DC3, PH-PBA named ‘Princes Amalia" into Leeds/Bradford from Amsterdam on Wednesday April 22nd to operate a pleasure flight. It then positions out to Belfast City.

RAF BAe 146-CC2, ZE-700 arrived into Leeds/Bradford from RAF Northolt this afternoon and was parked over at Multiflight. Think it might have brought the Prime Minster David Cameron in as it looks like the Conservatives are on the Election Campaign in Leeds today.

Interestingly, said team have used Vueling A320 EC-MCU from Perpignan to MAN this weekend, arriving friday and departing tonight.

Therefore, seems they are not tied to a particular airline, so, anything could turn up.

Any ideas on timings for the DC3? :D

They have used the Embraer 145's on most flights into LBA recently, especially over the past couple few years. The last time they used anything bigger into LBA must have been around 3/4 years ago when the chartered a Transavia Boeing 737-700. It might be due to them been parked on the Multiflight Apron and using the Multiflight Exec terminal.

I agree "user001" that for some reason they seem to charter larger aircraft into MAN. A few weeks back one of their flights was operated by an Air France Hop, Embrear 175 whilst as you say they used a Vueling A320 this weekend.

No sign of anything en route from Friedrichshafen on flight radar so far.

Intersky Dash 8-Q300, OE-LSB is on its way positioning into Leeds from Friedrichshafen as ISK921, She's currently cruising at 24,000ft just passed Paris heading towards the English Channel. http://www.flightradar24.com/ISK921/600ab8e

How weird is that ! an aircraft positions empty from the middle of europe to pick up a football team fly them to a destination 30 mins flying time away from Leeds then ,I assume, positions back to the middle of europe.

As you probably know "A300boy" It must have made financial sense for Intersky to operate the flights. As Airlines are here to make money, so can't see them doing it for nothing.

You would think Eastern Air would love a quick charter in the late evening after the schedule is finished with a based aircraft.

Jet2 Boeing 737-800WL, G-JZHB eventually made an apperance and came out of the Multiflight Hangar this evening to do a test flight operating as EXS51B. Hopefully Boeing 737-800WL, G-JZHC should be arriving from Bournemouth within days, now that a place has become vacant in the Multiflight Hangar for her cabin fit out,

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
