So that's 3 ER175's this week. Is this yet another KLM downgrade? We know we have already lost the 4th daily rotation for this Summer.

With Dublin and LCY and now INV all new and having increases then the E190s are in high demand. So it's possible LBA will go all E175s.

Unlikely as the intention according to LBA management was to drop the 4th rotation but at least maintain and possibly eventually increase aircraft size. I would suspect they are just using the aircraft according to demand/booked loads but we will see mainly the E195s as we get into the summer season.

Jet2 must be picking up extra pax after last nights Cancelled KLM service, As the was no aircraft at LBA to operate this moring KL1540 service so they sent out Boeing 757-200, G-LSAH on this moring LS201/202 Amsterdam rotation.

Flightradar and LBA departures shows a KLM departure from Leeds?

Jet2's evening Amsterdam was also canx last night so would assume that the 757 was used to cover their requirements.

KLM night stopped the teatime arrival yesterday which then operated the 6am departure this morning.

Leeds based Monarch Airlines Airbus A320, G-ZBAH has just departed late out to Barcelona. The crew were told that the airport will close as scheduled at 23:00hrs for all movements, as stated in the Notam for runway lighting works.
So knowing full well they might not make it back in time and end up having to divert they been talking with operations for a quicker routing and was informed that the airport will remain open a further 30 mins, Meaning they have to be back no later than 23:30hrs now.

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!
If anyone would like to share their local airport news right here in our news area let me know so I can give you the correct permissions to do so. It only takes a couple of minutes to upload a news story with an accompanying image. survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
