Yes I saw this on google flights just. Slightly odd but this is the major time for connection opportunities from LIS? Perhaps the previous morning flight wasn't working out amazingly for them?

I think this is superb news for TAP. One daily flight will be 319 and one will be E190 I believe.

TAP Portugal Summer 2018

Double-daily service bookable, after daily winter schedule.

Morning flights operated by E190 and evening flights operated with a mix of E190 and mainline Airbus aircraft. Great news to see continued expansion from TAP.

TAP Double-Daily Starts Tomorrow

CS-TTN operating the first morning flight (according to Flightradar24), a mainline Airbus A319, rather than the planned Embraer jets.

TAP will be 12 weekly this winter, which is an upgrade from the daily flights we had last winter.

The only days that there will not be 2 flights is Tue/Thu.

Also, it seems TAP will use anything and everything to MAN. A sample week in December sees a mix of A319/A320/A321/E190/E195!

Bad news:

TAP seem to be only 13 weekly next summer, with just one flight on Tuesdays.

Good news:

It seems most flights now appear to use the A319 and A320, rather than the E190/195.

Personally think to have what us still basically a double daily service is not to be sneezed at. Many other airports would be more than pleased to have a single daily TAP flight.

Good news re Air Portugal and yes would settle for a daily service at BHX !
London City will be three daily in S18 with Porto added

TAP seem to have launched a few E jet routes out of Porto, LCY being one of them so it could be MAN has benefited from that.

Appear to be having a change of times in the winter timetable, arriving 1110 and 2000. Flight numbers to be TP1372 and TP1370

The TP1315/1316 is a nightstopper. Obviously a bit mishmash with some days 3 daily and Tuesdays just once a day, but at least we know where they will add in the gaps if things continue to progress.

Great to see TAP back into Manchester again with two flights - TP1314/1317 (ERJ-190) and TP1318/1315 (A320) - LIS/MAN.
